1) DOUBLE PLY WEBBING SLINGS WITH REINFORCED

Double ply polyester hot fixed, with reinforced lifting eyes, colour coded according to cen/tc 168/wg3 en1492-1.
Each webbing sling is supplied with ce marking and according to machine directive 89/392, d.p.r. dated july, 24th 1996, no 459. |
2) POLYESTER ROUND SLINGS
7 safety factor
Round slings are made by an highly resistant polyester yarn, wound in a skein and covered by a double polyester fabric.
In this way there is no contact between the load bearing yarn and the load, so the yarn cannot be damaged. the external part is not tensioned, so its deterioration does not affect safety of the sling.
PERIODICAL CHECKINGS
Round slings shall be checked throughout their entire length before each lifting. They cannot be used anymore when:
• the covering is damaged and fibres are visible (as far as the external covering is not damaged, it is sure that the inner part is safe and its working limit is still the original one).
• the sling has been affected by chemical agents or heat and it shows a hardening or a softening in the fibres.
• the sling begins to loose its extension. |
